B. "CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES BETWEEN AND USERS DOMIHOST"
1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PRE-EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

2.4. 3. APPLICABLE LAW. SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION.
3.1 This contract shall be governed by Spanish law, which applies in matters not provided in this agreement in the interpretation, validity and performance.
3.2 The parties expressly waive the privilege that they may be entitled and expressly submit to the courts of Valencia to resolve any dispute that may arise in the interpretation or enforcement of contract terms.
4 .- Privacy and data protection purposes of the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, MANAGEMENT COMPANY INTERNET SERVICES SLinforma the user of the existence of a file automated personal data created by and for MANAGEMENT COMPANY INTERNET SERVICES SL and under its responsibility, with the aim of maintaining and managing the relationship with the user and information work. INTERNET SERVICES does not guarantee the accuracy of the information that is not produced by themselves and those provided by other sources and therefore assumes no liability whatsoever for possible damages that may arise from the use of such information. MANAGEMENT COMPANY S.L. INTERNET SERVICES reserves the right to update, modify or delete information contained in its website to limit or deny access to such information.
